Jasmin Perdomo released her debut poetry collection, Bittersweet Body, in May 2026. Although she began writing in her early teenage years, Jasmin’s words remained hidden in journals until a debilitating disease altered her life. Periodically confined to bed, she turned to writing as an escape, giving shape and language to what often remained unseen through poetry.
